My friends Marion and Mickael decorated their home using second hand items and The result is very beautiful and created a very chic home! In this tour I was privy to a pick into a very fashionable and Parisian (très Parisienne) home. I had a lot of fun filming this and getting some of their favorite addresses. While visiting this french apartment, I was surprised with how much you can find on the streets, in vintage shops and simply when you are intended on creating small spaces using what you have.
I also find that there is a lot of harmony in this home. Everything in this house has been picked and has a meaning.
It was my first time visiting an apartment in Paris that was using this concept. I got quite a few design tips from Marion and I am excited to see if I can apply them to my home. I hope it inspires you as well.
Both Mickael and Marion are very chic Parisians and that is some thing you notice as soon as you step into their home. It is like a page from Vogue but better (in my opinion). Their home is full of reference to la mode (fashion) and an ode to what it is to live in 2021 while fully respecting your environment.
