Officially licenced Game of Thrones miniatures from the Game of Thrones Miniatures Game designed by Knight Models

Knight Models previously launched the hugely successful DC Universe Miniatures Game campaign on MyMiniFactory

The product is being launched as a ‘Frontier’ on MyMiniFactory. A Frontier is a little bit like a Kickstarter, but instead of being a crowdfunding service, it is a product launch service. So for the first month, whilst the Frontier is active, people can pay a Frontier price and get an early bird deal.

The Game of Thrones Frontier will launch 28th January and will end 27th February.

To celebrate the launch of this Frontier, they are also hosting a painting competition

The competition runs from 17th January to 27th March.

Print the model at home, paint him up and upload him to the competition page

Entrants will be judged on:
Creativity - How has the painter approached painting the miniature?
Setting - Has the painter thought about the base, the background, the story of the miniature?
Basing - Has any extra care gone into the detail of the base itself? What interesting techniques have they used to make it stand out?
Photography - Is the photo clear and well lit? Have they used a good background to make the miniature pop?

The prize pool has a total value of over $3300 and includes 3D printers, paint sets, brushes and resin
