'he' (ه) is pronounced like an ‘h’ in English. To distinguish it from the other 'he' (ح)—'he jimi' (ح جیمی)—it is often called 'he do cheshm' (ه دو چشم), 'the "he" with two eyes', because its shape at the beginning and in the middle of a word has two loops like eyes.
In this video Keramat shows you how to write the letter in a Persian style of handwriting, with three examples of words showing the letter in different positions:
at the beginning, هوا—havā—air, weather
in the middle, بهار—bahār—spring
at the end, نامه—nāmeh—letter
