In this video series, Mike Clare of Intrinsia Consulting will take you through the process of developing and refining strategies, to enable you to identify and achieve the growth you want and adapt to changes in the business environment when they arise. He will also take you through how to best prepare for successful implementation of your plans.

Mike Clare has spent the last 14 years working in the SME sector as a Managing Director, and as an award-winning management consultant, working with independent, corporate, and start-up businesses.
Mike has an MBA with distinction in Management Consulting, specialising in strategy, leadership, and organisational culture. He has practical, real-world experience in strategy development, culture change projects, leadership development, start-ups, and M&A, and is therefore able to align experience with academic theory.
He has lectured on successful business management and positive workplace culture for several continuing education organisations and has also conducted research on Strategic Management within SMEs.
