So I'm recently watching the series and they became my favs. I cried too much when they died. Literally, a made my room a river. Hearing this song just gave me the chills, and I felt that their story needed to be told through this music.
So... cries again Lexie dying just after she confessed her love just sucks. I know that their relationship went through a lot of cliffs, and sometimes they found no light. But the truth is that they never stop loving each other, and that's what matters.
