5 Scottish langoustines/Norway lobsters
4 med onions
3 tomatoes
2 potatoes
1 small lump tamarind
3 1/2 tsp bottle masala
Half tsp coriander powder
Half tsp cumin powder
5 garlic cloves, half inch ginger
1 green chilli
200 ml coconut milk
