Steps to Prepare this Recipe
1. Slice a red cabbage to make about 1 Cup of sliced cabbage
2. Boil 1 cup of dates in 500mls of water for 5 minutes, Squeeze the dates until the seeds are separated
3. Drain to make the dates tea
4. Add the red cabbage you sliced into the dates tea
5. Add 3 tablespoons of dates
6 Grind together until you notice a smooth porridge, allow it to cool for few minutes
How to used this recipe?
Eat 3 tablespoons 3 times a day for 7 days. Wait for the results in 1 month.
