Split Rock Wilds has become one of my favorite riding destinations in Minnesota and the Midwest. Set in the epic terrain of the Sawtooth Mountains on Minnesota's North Shore, Split Rock Wilds offers a riding experience unlike anything else I've ridden in the Midwest. Last fall I was fortunate to spend a few days on the North Shore near peak fall colors at the end of September for some excellent hiking, biking, and camping. This video is from two days of great riding here checking out the old classics as well as some brand new trails, Ope! by Zenith Trail Contracting and Brinkmanship connector trail by Rock Solid. Split Rock Wilds is a must ride for midwestern riders who want a technical, rugged backcountry experience.
