故事為“跨境電商那些事”,講述故事的主人公在跨境電商平台上進行購物,但是購物的過程與體驗並不好,因為商家的操作失誤以及快遞分揀員的疏忽,導致了一系列的連鎖反應,不過在後面商家也給出瞭解決方案以及對於用戶的相應補償,得到了一個雙方都滿意的結局。我們這個故事表明瞭,無論是在跨境電商也好,普通電商也好,商家與用戶的友好相處都是必不可少的,在出現錯誤時,商家給予相應的補償不失為一個好方法,當然更要要求員工在工作中減少失誤的出現,以便於用戶能夠擁有一個良好的購物體驗。
The story is called "Things about Cross-border E-commerce". It tells the story of the protagonist shopping on a cross-border e-commerce platform. However, the shopping process and experience were not good because of the merchant's operational errors and the negligence of the courier sorter, which led to a series of chain reactions. However, the merchant later gave a solution and corresponding compensation to the user, resulting in a satisfactory ending for both parties. Our story shows that whether in cross-border e-commerce or ordinary e-commerce, friendly relations between merchants and users are essential. When errors occur, it is a good idea for merchants to give corresponding compensation. Of course, employees should be required to reduce the occurrence of mistakes in their work so that users can have a good shopping experience.
