One can know the truthfulness of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by applying its teachings, said Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles.
“The proof lies really in living the gospel of Jesus Christ,” he said.
Elder Uchtdorf shares his testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ in this Church News video, titled “Work of God.”
Elder Uchtdorf first came to know this truth as a young boy looking at stained glass windows of Jesus Christ and the First Vision.
“As an Apostle of the Lord Jesus Christ, I do know that He's not just on this stained window,” he said. “He is real. … I know that He lives and that He is there for me.”
