When you want your video loops to be more with the beat, Here is my process using blender to add animations that can sync to the desired beat or time stretched in your video editing software.

handy math for key frames
Frames per beat = frame rate * 60 / beats per minute
beats per minute = frame rate * 60 / desired keyframes
