DULCE DE LECHE ALFAJORES 😍

Ingredients:
•1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
•2 cups cornstarch
•2 teaspoons baking powder
•2 sticks (16 tbsp) unsalted butter (room temp)
•3/4 cup granulated sugar
•4 egg yolks
•1 tablespoon vanilla extract
•1 can of La Lechera Dulce de Leche for filling

Preparation:
•Pre-heat your oven to 350°F
•In a large bowl, mix all of your ingredients except dulce de leche until well combined
•Roll out the dough onto a parchment paper and cut out 2 inch cookies
•Place the cookies in a baking pan and bake for about 12 minutes or until golden! Let them cool completely
•Fill the cookies with 1 tbsp La Lechera Dulce de Leche, top with powdered sugar and enjoy!
