2025 August Boundary Waters Canoe Trip - Missing Link Entry

The first week of August, I completed another canoe trip to the Boundary Waters. I was joined by son-in-law Josh and two grandsons Joel and Caleb.
We launched on Round Lake and entered at Missing Link Lake and completed a short loop through Missing Link, Snipe, Cross Bay Lake and Ham Lakes.
The weather was great, with less than an hour of rain for the entire week!
Mosquitoes were annoying at times but generally just an hour or so each morning and evening.
We saw a moose up close on Snipe Lake. We also caught a decent amount of fish... mostly northern along with a couple small mouth bass. The fish made for several nice fish meals!
Overall another great trip!
