Art Journaling through Adversity, Tension, and Stress

Art journaling can bring calm and relief from tension in times of adversity, especially for Christians meditating on God’s word. In this video I’m sharing a testimony from recent days, how trusting and believing in God's promises can be a struggle at times though in our minds we know that our Lord Jesus said he is always with us until the end. God is always at work, watching over us and satisfying us with good things, as we see in Psalm 103!

In Psam 23:5 we read, "You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies...." Let us sit in the Lord's presence even in the midst of the enemies we may face - anxiety, worry, fear, doubt, depression, stress or anything else that comes against us.
