In early January, we were honored to welcome Dr. Monica Neagoy, a world-renowned mathematician, captivating speaker, and passionate advocate for math education. Dr. Monica Neagoy is the author of the French Singapore Math textbooks and a member of the Conseil scientifique de l'éducation nationale [CSEN].
For the past three years, we have been privileged to collaborate with Dr. Monica Neagoy as we implemented the Singapore Math method in our schools. During her visit in January, she worked closely with our teachers for a week to deepen their understanding and enhance their math practices.
Dr. Monica Neagoy also met with our parents to share the benefits of Singapore Math. Her presentation not only showcased the value of Singapore Math but also left families feeling excited and confident about helping their children succeed in mathematics. The session included a Q&A, giving attendees the chance to engage directly with her expertise.
