Mal'Damba is a bit silly right now... (Paladins Ranked Gameplay)

After the recent shakeup in the support meta with multitudes of buffs and nerfs, Mal'Damba has rose to the top as the premiere support in high level ranked. His healing output has exploded thanks to a cooldown buff he received, and when combined with the other small buffs he's received each patch over the past year, he's in tip-top shape. Is Mal'Damba too strong now, or is this a healthy state for him to be in?
