Shibashi - 18 form with instruction - Tai Chi / Qigong

Shibashi is a commonly practiced Qigong form that is great for loosening up all parts of your body. In manderin, "Shibashi" translates to "18" as it takes 18 of the best Tai Chi movements and combines it into a Qigong form that is practised for general health and wellbeing.
In this clip I have only done each move twice however to really loosen up your body and get into the flow you can repeat each move several times depending on how you are feeling!
Tai Chi uses slow rhythmic breathing with movement to relax the body and still the mind. It can help with increasing your lung capacity, strengthening and toning your body and creating a relaxed state of being.
