慢性閉塞性肺疾患
定義
肺の気流が慢性的に制限される疾患で、主に喫煙が原因。慢性気管支炎と肺気腫を含む。
症状
慢性的な咳・痰、労作時の息切れ、喘鳴、進行すると呼吸困難が悪化し日常生活に支障をきたす。
治療方法
禁煙、気管支拡張薬、吸入ステロイド、リハビリ、酸素療法。重症例では在宅酸素療法を実施。

Definition
A disease in which airflow in the lungs is chronically restricted, mainly due to smoking. Includes chronic bronchitis and emphysema.
Symptoms
Chronic cough and phlegm, shortness of breath on exertion, wheezing, and as the disease progresses, breathing difficulties worsen, interfering with daily life.
Treatment
Smoking cessation, bronchodilators, inhaled steroids, rehabilitation, oxygen therapy. In severe cases, home oxygen therapy is performed.
