Ingredients for four servings:
2 cups high-protein cottage cheese (400g)
4 - 6 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder, to taste
4 - 6 tablespoons maple syrup or your favorite liquid sweetener, to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
optional: 4 tablespoons (vegan) chocolate protein powder

toppings: raspberries & blueberries

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy
2. Divide into jars or glasses
3. Let set in the fridge for 1 hour
4. Serve with berries of choice
