French dessert to make at home. The Clafoutis comes from Limousin region of France. Clafoutis is French dessert, it is delicious and very easy to make. Traditionally clafoutis made with black cherries, but you can use whatever you like. I am baking my Clafoutis with raspberries and blueberries.

3 eggs
1 pinch salt
2\3 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 1\4 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 pint blueberries
1 pint raspberries
1 lemon zest
