*Explanation*
-In this experiment, the beaker contain normal water mixed colourless Phenolphthalein Solution which turns into pink colour in alkaline medium.

-The round bottom flask is filled with high concentrated cloudy ammonia gas prepare in laboratory by the reaction of Ammonium Chloride and Calcium Hydroxide.

-Ammonia gas is highly reactive(soluble) with water.

-When water (with phenolphthalein) is sucked inside round bottom flask with syringe it react with Ammonia Gas then produce hydroxide ion and acts as alkali Ammonium Hydroxide (Usually Not Present in Free State) so it turns Phenolphthalein indicator present in water into pink.

-The fountain is seen in the experiment because all the ammonia gas present in the flask dissolves in water and create partial vacuum inside rapidly.
