Full BEER PRODUCTION from MALT to BEER in KEGS | Hof Bergmann | Farming Simulator 22 | Episode 38

Today we are at Hof Bergmann and we have to make beer in our small brewery. We started by loading malt from the bags into the grinder so we can get the malt grist. When that was done, we jumped into John Deere 6930 Premium and we headed to the local Gas Station to get some methane. After we got there, we spoke with the manager and he let us use their methane trailer to transport the methane to the brewery. So we attached the trailer to the tractor and then we filled the trailer with 2.000 liters of methane. It ended up costing us around 1.300 euros to get 2.000 liters of methane then and we transported it back to the farm where we unloaded it into the brewery methane storage. When that was done, we returned the trailer back to the Gas Station and paid 90 euros for renting the methane trailer. Then we returned back to the farm and parked the tractor and then it was time to do the second stage of brewing beer. The second stage is called mashing, we loaded the malt grist from the grinder using the bucket into the mash tun. Then we used a barrel trolly to get two loads of water from the water well into the mash tun. While we were waiting for that stage to finish, we jumped into a Mercedes Sprinter and headed to the local dealer to get some supplies. We got two bales of hop and five canisters of yeast from the dealer and it cost us around 2.500 euros. We loaded everything into the van and transported it back to the brewery where we unloaded it. When that was done we parked the van and then we did the third stage of brewing beer. We transferred mash from the mash tun into the lauter tun where it gets turned from the mash into the wort and spent grain. While we were waiting for that process to finish we loaded materials into the first and second stages. After that was done, the third stage was done also so we transferred worth into the fourth stage and we added the hop in there. Then we jumped into the John Deere Gator and attached a cargo trailer to the back and headed to the local dealer. We bought ten beer kegs for around 500 euros and we loaded them onto the Gator and trailer. Then we transported them to the brewery where we unloaded them and then we parked the trailer and Gator. When that was done, we transferred cast-off wort into the fermenter and we added yeast. Then after the fermentation was done we filed the beer into the kegs and that was for beer production.
