Opposition Leader Peter Dutton has accused Prime Minister Anthony Albanese of making a deliberate political decision to “leave behind” Australians struggling in the suburbs.
A Senate Committee looking at the cost of living crisis has found the standards of living of Australians have fallen.
“The Prime Minister has made a deliberate decision – a deliberate political decision – to go with the elites, and he’s left behind people who are struggling in the suburbs,” Mr Dutton told Sky News Australia.
