A new Wavepool and a hurricane swell!? Sold! I headed straight to Virginia Beach to get a taste of both. In this video we give you a little tour of Atlantic Park Surf, which is the East Coast's first ever wavepool built surprisingly close to the coast. Just a five minute walk from the beach you can choose to surf in the ocean or the wavepool or both in the same day. Having a wavepool in the area was really nice because I knew that if the hurricane swell didn't pan out as planned then at least I would be getting some really fun waves at Atlantic Park. Huge thank you to Ricky Miller and Jon Carter for helping me film all the fun from the trip.
