Speaking in Panama City, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor recounted the emotional toll of terrorism, referencing victims' cries during attacks. He said Operation Sindoor was launched as a powerful response to honor the 26 women widowed by terrorist violence, declaring that the red of their sindoor would now match the blood of the perpetrators.
