New CCSD Superintendent Ebert tours schools first day on the job

The Clark County School District has a new top boss.

Superintendent Jhone Ebert kicked off her first day on the job at two Valley schools.

Ebert comes to CCSD after serving as Superintendent of Public Instruction for the Nevada Department of Education.

Her contract that's currently for four years was approved last Thursday.

Ebert worked for CCSD for 25 years, starting as a math teacher.

Monday was an easy transition for her, visiting schools in the district where she spent so much time advancing her career in education.
