After spending close to 45 minutes of anticipated waiting on the side station platform, a 16-car JR Central N700S Series Shinkansen Set No. J40, operating as the Shinkansen "NOZOMI" Superexpress No. 46 bound for Tokyo, eventually arrived at Shin-osaka Station at 6.28 p.m. sharp on Track No. 27. Once all the train doors were automatically opened, I securely boarded the train through Car No. 8, which was one of the main Green Car (first class) coaches, prior to settling into my assigned Seat No. 7A in preparation for the coming evening return journey duration of just 2 hours 27 minutes back to the ultra-modern and colossal hustle and bustle of downtown Tokyo.

The seat next to me, 7B, would remain vacant for the coming rapid evening return trip from Shin-osaka to Tokyo. At precisely 6.30 p.m. sharp, the train doors were closed, and the Shinkansen "NOZOMI" Superexpress No. 46 safely pulled out of Shin-osaka Station for the rest of its long major early evening trip duration of only 4 hours 57 minutes from Hakata (Fukuoka) to Tokyo. I was eventually on my way for a rapid evening return journey of 2 hours 27 minutes back to the national metropolitan capital region of Japan.
