In this video I'll be sharing my high protein plant-based meal prep for right now while I'm trying to lean bulk.
I didn't intentionally eat this high protein while losing the 40lbs I did, and I don't think it's necessary.
My goals have changed and this is a reflection of that, but these meals are STILL incredible for weight loss and if you want to make them even MORE so, then add in more veggies and fruit and go easier on the tofu, edamame and quinoa.
