Brazing Copper Pipe - Like A Pro! Soldering Copper Pipe Not Allowed Under Concrete Slab Foundation!

In this episode, Craftsman Connection will be showing you how to braze 3/4" Type L Copper pipe, so you can move your plumbing under your concrete slab foundation.

When you move or extend copper water lines under a concrete slab, you are required to braze the copper pipe connections. Brazing is a stronger connection than soldering. I will show you how to properly prepare your copper pipe connections and use an acetylene gas and a Turbo Torch.
