We're making our way from the Great Smoky Mountains to New River Gorge, with a quick stop for a familiar face. The last time we passed through Charlottesville, Virginia, we had no idea how much American history was tucked into this area. We promised ourselves we'd come back to see Monticello—and this time, we’re making it happen! The new 30' Airstream Globetrotter isn’t exactly guest-friendly, but since Caleb spent so much time with us in the old Flying Cloud, we made it work. If you’re wondering whether three people and a dog can squeeze into a non-bunk Airstream... the answer is definitely no. But we made the most of it, and it was great having Caleb back on the road. You’ll see more of our adventures with him at New River Gorge in next week’s episode.
