Welcome back to my channel! This workout is a great 15 minute toning workout for our arms, abs, booty and legs! You will be needing light weights in the workout, so go grab some and come sweat with me! This workout is quick, effective, and will help tone your entire body. It's a great workout to do ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, as you only need five feet of space!

WHILE DOING THIS WORKOUT, please blast your own music! I decided to keep this video with no music, because I couldn't find any great no-copyright songs.. Plus, I know you guys each individually have your own type of music to listen to while you exercise!!!
