During the site visit, it was observed that the site supervisor was handling the guide rope during precast element erection activity to ensure proper alignment and control of load movement. The importance of maintaining a safe distance and using tag lines (guide ropes) for load stability was emphasized. Supervisor was appreciated and reminded to continue following safe lifting practices as per standard safety procedure.
