How much does the Dodge R5P7 have in common with a Magnum 360? Lets find out! Dodge/Mopar has had several different small block engine platforms in NASCAR since the 1970s. The evolution ramped up FAST with the return of Dodge Ram to the Craftsman Truck Series in 1995 and then Winston Cup in 2001 with Evernham as the factory operation. Today we are with iconic NASCAR engine builder Danny Glad at his engine shop where he has ALL the versions of Dodge's NASCAR engines such as the R3 W8, R5 P7, and R6 P8. Danny is best known as Alan Kulwicki's engine builder in 1992, but he also has extensive knowledge on these Dodge platforms as he was involved in the Chrysler R&D work on these engines since the mid 90s. He has deep dive technical insight and interesting things to show us while he is able to explain it all in a super easy to understand way!
