There are different versions of how to make sweet potato spring rolls or Kamote Turon and this one is my very own recipe. I tried searching for other recipes and I remembered that I used to prepare a purple yam jam in one of the restaurants I have worked with before. So, I thought of what if I make a sweet potato jam and use it as a filling and here it is.
You can serve it in an afternoon snack or finger food at any party. I hope you enjoyed watching my video as I enjoyed making this amazing finger food. My family loved it and they are asking me to make some more.
