Every year the Office of Personnel Management surveys federal employees to determine whether they view their agency as a good place to work. Employees complete a survey about their opinion of their agency's supervision, the degree of fairness they perceive and other measures such as work-life balance. As expected, some agencies do well and others are not rated as well. This video reviews the DEA rating for 2019 and looks at previous years.
