This video shows how I took a 57 litre cooler and converted it into a mash tun for all grain brewing. The process is totally reversible and the cooler can still be used as just that.
The outlet design may vary in your design but this is how I did mine, using 3/4 inch fittings, to cope with the larger volume. The manifold was made from 22mm copper pipe, 5 tee pieces and 4 elbows. The pipe fittings were all just pushed together to allow for cleaning after each mash.
