Spiritual Depression…
This is a very POWERFUL sign… that you’re integrating a BIG spiritual “accomplishment.”
Anytime we undergo a big transformation, shift in consciousness, or spiritual leap… we have to integrate & ground the experience in…
Many times however, are excited about our new found break through and want to hit the ground running and chase yet another one!
It is very important though to pause… reflect.. and again… integrate the experience so it becomes a permanent part of us.
Spiritual Depression is a great way to sort of force us to do that lol.
When we are depressed… have low energy… feel tender… and emotional… we naturally will take time to ourselves.
& this is exactly the point!
Spiritual depression motivates us to do what’s best for us…
It compels us to rest, recover, and heal…
It allows us to fully integrate our new perspective.
& usually within a short span of time… maybe a few days… we bounce right back… new… improved.. upgraded… integrated… and ready to rock!
