The Time to Thrive Conversation Series concluded with a special session on youth voice. "Elevating Youth Voice in Local Decision-Making" was held on December 16. A dynamic and wide range of young people from communities across the state participated in the conversation that has implications for Wyoming’s communities today and into the future.
Research from the Afterschool Alliance shows that when youth are given authentic opportunities to lead, they gain confidence, build communication skills, and deepen their sense of purpose.
