This part was filmed in the summer of 2002.
I started filming Erstfeld station back in 1998. Long before the Cargo division split off and the Re 6/6 and Re 460 were used in both passenger and freight services. In this series of 5 video's we see the action up to 2002. Many bankers/helpers are seen to get the freight's up the Gotthard North Ramp. The bankers in use are the Re 4/4, Ae 6/6, Re 6/6 and Re 460’s. Mixed with classic local and EC passenger trains in summer and winter, during daylight and night, I think it’s the BEST compilation of action in Erstfeld station filmed in one of the best era on the Gotthard!
