In the previous week whilst scrolling through Strava, I saw a few cycling buddies undertaking epic rides and the British springtime is the perfect time for an epic ride. So I planned route to a town I've never been to et voila. Sadly my route included some stretches of busy roads but in 90% of the route was amazingly beautiful English countryside. And with a stroke of luck, the Saturday farmer's market was happening in Saffron Walden, saving me from a dull cold lunch.
