It’s Part 2 of the final round at Whilton Mill in the Junior Karting Championship (JKC), and Saturday brought all the intensity you'd expect from qualifying and two high-pressure heats.
Zak started the day solidly, but things quickly took a turn. In one of the heats, he was literally driven over, causing major damage to the kart. With only minutes to spare before the next race, the team jumped into action and somehow got him back on the grid just in time.
It wasn’t a perfect day, but it was a testament to teamwork, determination, and never giving up when it matters most.
