An inspiring wish happened around World Wish Day 2023... one that will continue to transform the lives of many: Addison’s wish to give back!
Addison’s journey battling leukemia was a long one, filled with endless treatments and hospital stays. She knows firsthand how difficult it is to be away from the comforts of home and being limited in the activities.
Thus, Addison wished to give smart TV’s and Bluetooth speakers to the 10 children’s oncology rooms at Kaiser Permanente’s Roseville Women’s and Children’s Hospital, where she once was treated herself. Now the children after her can watch their favorite show, YouTuber, movie or whatever they love (with good sound); creating more comforts from home. In addition, Addison wanted to ensure the halls were brightened up with fun murals so she spent many hours and weeks adding her art– inspired by her love of the beach– to columns and walls.
It was a warm #WishGranted all in thanks to many!
