Amado Carrillo Fuentes was perhaps the most powerful Mexican drug lord to have ever lived. At the helm of the Juárez cartel, he had an estimated net worth of $25 b dollars, with which he bought off some of the most important elements of the Mexican state. His death, just like his life, is shrouded in myth and rumour. But what was he really like as a man? How does one become the Lord of the Skies?
