The X-Out Lay-up Drill is a great individual drill for developing players footwork and dexterity around the basket. Helps players work on individual footwork, rebounding, and lay-up technique. Attack the basket aggressively with one dribble from a range based upon your age, height and ability. Do the drill for 1 minute, rest for 1 minute. Alternate from one side of the court to the other on each attempt. Do three sets.
