The Estimation Theorem is used to calculate the upper estimate of a complex integral along a contour .
For the max value we need to make the function in the integral as bigger value as we can along the contour.
Hence the way below describes the way this is done using the absolute values along the way so as we avoid any negative values.
The triangle inequality is used to calculate the max value of the numerator .
The backwards triangle inequality is used for the minimum value of the denominator.
Then we multiply by the length of the contour .
