It was really nice and sunny this morning, perfect for quick coffee practice to start the day off on the right foot! Sorry, didn’t manage to capture the pattern in the cup - nothing to miss here, I’m practicing tulips lately. Hopefully there will be something I can proudly show you next time! I find that with my current temperature setting this particular coffee tastes really nice with the following recipe:

Dose: 18 grams
Brew time: 26 seconds
Brew weight: ~40 grams
Temperature : 94°C
Brew pressure : 9 bar
