After digging on the leak side of the meter we decided to check if we were any closer to finding the leak. It took about 30-45 minutes to dig to out and clean a little around the meter. Just my wife and I doing in ourselves. I don't have any formal plumbing experience, but I knew if I called the plumber, they would probably want my right and leg as down payment.
