Welcome to a new dial-in video! After finishing my last tricky bag of beans, it’s time for something new… or so I thought.
Today I’m dialing in a Brazilian coffee from Los Gustos (Poland). First shot? Undrinkable. Second one? Still tastes like soap. I’m truly stuck here and I need your help figuring out what went wrong. Temperature? Dose? Roast error?
