We painted a styrofoam wig head and added hair to accentuate her look. This was a fun project and it was a lot of tulle to cut but it came out well. Gather all your materials prior to assembly for a better faster experience.
Things Needed...
Color tulle 5 packs, small floral wire
Scissors. Christmas balls
Flowers. Styrofoam paint
Glue gun Hair and lashes -optional
