In this video my cranks are very stuck on my bike. I had tried hitting them with a metal hammer before to try and get them off but they did not budge. I dented them with the metal hammer so please DO NOT try that. As you will see my friend @EricHatten tells me to use WD-40 which doesn't really help much. I did pickup a rubber mallet and hit on them pretty good which got them off. Hope this helps you if you have a similar problem.
